By signing the sales purchase agreement, Nelt Group has become a co-owner of Chips Way company. Chips Way is one of the leaders in the salty snacks market. With this acquisition, Nelt Group confirms its strategic commitment to long-term development and expansion of its own brand portfolio.

The production of products will continue in the factory facilities in Čačak, from where it will be distributed through Nelt’s distribution network, primarily in Serbia, and then in other markets in Europe, announced the CEO of Nelt Group, Miloš Jelić, Executive Director for the Serbian market Robert Jenovai, CEO of Chips Way, Luka Jovanović, and partner at Integral Venture Partners, Marko Hinić, addressing Nelt’s sellers from all over Serbia at the kick-off event held in Belgrade today.

The chips production factory started operating in 1971 in Čačak and was then the only domestic factory of its kind. Expert personnel, modern technology, and constant production improvement position Chips Way as one of the leaders in the snack market today.
