One year since the start of the SFA platform implementation and extensive testing of new functionalities, the new version of the application has been in use since October this year.
The first rollout was in the Mars Pet Spec division, and after analyzing the results and verifying the speed of operation, it continued to other divisions.
The enhanced SFA provides our sales colleagues with a better user experience and efficiency in their work. New functionalities include the complete elimination of paperwork and the digitalization of all data. Additionally, sales analytics are automatically generated by the application.
Our customers have also noticed the benefits, as they find it useful to be able to change the delivery dates of goods, and the inclusion of photos of each product when placing an order contributes to a better shopping experience.
