#AcceleratePeople Introducing Aleksandra Jović, Executive Director of Strategy and Transformation at Nelt Group

We are pleased to welcome Aleksandra Jović as the Executive Director of Strategy and Transformation, as well as a new member of the Nelt Group’s executive board.

Aleksandra is an experienced professional with several years of experience in leading digital initiatives, data management and analytics, as well as IT operations. She graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Novi Sad.

As the first Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Telekom Srbija, she successfully developed an efficient organization for data science and engineering, implemented a data and analytics strategy, and achieved significant business results. Through various leadership roles, including Director of IT Corporate Support and Director of IT Operations, she successfully modernized data architecture, implemented new technologies, and led teams to achieve high standards in IT solutions.

Additionally, as a Digital Transformation Manager at MTS Bank, she set the strategy for the first branchless digital bank in Serbia. Aleksandra stands out as a leader in implementing innovative strategies and achieving business goals through digital transformation.

Her focus in the upcoming period will be on managing teams and strategic processes and projects, improving both strategy and execution.

Aleksandra says that her first days in the company have been filled with nothing but positive impressions.
