#AcceleratePeople Most Desirable Employer – Triple Recognition for Nelt BiH
According to the results of the “Most Desirable Employer 2023” survey conducted by Kolektiv and the MojPosao.ba portal, our company in Bosnia and Herzegovina has once again been declared the Most Desirable Employer in the distribution sector this year.
At the same time, Nelt BiH has been awarded the title of the Most Inclusive Employer and has been ranked among the top 10 companies participating in the survey.
The award ceremony was held yesterday at the Armed Forces House of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, attended by Goran Cerovina, Executive Director for the BiH market, and Indira Semanić, Senior HRBP, who accepted the award on behalf of the company.

In the two-month survey, 500 companies were nominated this year, receiving more than 230,000 votes.
The Most Desirable Employer project promotes positive human resource management practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina to further motivate companies to improve their relationships with employees and offer excellent working conditions, development, and education opportunities. This recognition gives existing employees confirmation that they are working in the most desirable place in the labor market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, contributing to their overall satisfaction, increased productivity, and motivation in the workplace.
