Yesterday, for the twelfth consecutive year, the Serbian Association of Managers awarded annual prizes to the best in Serbia. These prestigious awards are given to managers and employers who strive to improve the business environment, promote the managerial profession, implement the best business practices, and advocate for responsible and sustainable business operations.
Nelt was honored with the title of “Employer of the Year,” as the company that offered the best working conditions and professional development opportunities for managers this year. Bojana Mucić, Executive Director for Human Resources at Nelt Group, who accepted the award on behalf of the company, stated:
“This award is particularly dear to us because it recognizes the effort we put into creating better working environments and conditions for our employees, as we believe that exceptional results like ours are impossible without satisfied employees. The gala evening was attended by over 350 guests from the business and public life of Serbia and the region.
In addition to the award, it is a great honor that this year our colleague Petar Božić, National Key Account Manager, was among the nominated young managers, while Darko Lukić, Executive Vice President of Nelt Group, was nominated for Manager of the Year.
